Pricing is per-study and depends on the panel type: AI panels cost less and run instantly; live panels with real people cost more but give you real behaviour and nuance. We'll tell you the exact cost before you confirm.
Yes for AI panels—instant. For live panels with real people, it depends on how specific your target is. A broad target (e.g. "e-commerce users in the US") takes 30–60 min. Very narrow targets (e.g. "SaaS founders with Series B funding in NYC") may take longer. Our setup screen shows you the realistic timeline before you start.
On live panels, yes—real people, identity-verified, on camera. We also offer AI panels with simulated personas for sharpening your questions before you spend on real people. Both are clearly labelled.
